‘A good workman looks after his tools.’
Steven Covey in his ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ refers to the seventh habit as “Sharpen the Saw.” He uses the analogy of a woodcutter sawing for several days straight, becoming less and less productive. The process of cutting dulls the blade, making the job more difficult. The solution is to periodically sharpen the saw.
That’s where we come in.
And although we can’t promise that after working with us your people will return to work being ‘perfect’ we can absolutely guarantee they will come away ‘sharper’ and able to do a much better job than they did the day before.
Very useful tools provided to build on, a good starting point
