This one-day workshop aims to develop delegates’ understanding of their own and others’ innate behaviour, how it impacts on personal effectiveness in the workplace and explore ways of overcoming any unproductive behaviours and maximising the effect of productive behaviours
By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
- Describe how their personal behaviour impacts on building relationships within the business

- Explain the planning and preparation that should take place to make meetings effective from both meeting organiser and attendee point of view

This two-day workshop aims to increase delegates self-awareness in order to improve their ability to utilise their time to best advantage and build more effective inter-personal relationships.
Objectives
By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
